What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer call we always answer with A live person , find out what problem the customer is having , provide customer with A quote over the phone, when we go to the job 95% of the time the quote do not change.
NOTE: we been in this business too love to not know if a toilet is running, shower leak , a line clog.....we don't know what it is so when a customer call and explain we pretty much know what the problem is so that's why we are good with our quotes
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a small come EVERYONE that's work with us have over 17 years experience in plumbing 99% of the time a master plumber will come out to the job.
