I charge $75 per hour. After the first hour I prorate to the minute, only.

I don't charge for drive time nor standard hardware. My minimum is just one hour ($75), *no more*👍.

I install Art, mirrors, TV’s and any size wall hangings that need secure mounting. I know heavy items on drywall, stone and concrete walls need the right anchor hardware to stay secure during an earthquake.
