What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a young boy my first job was in the construction industry, which is funny since I have come full circle. At a later age I was fortunate enough to travel the world and live in many different countries. I learned so much and got the chance to meet many people. These experiences deeply shaped me, and have given me a true appreciation for culture and diversity. It was working overseas where I discovered my calling. Construction allows me to bring together my passion for people, problem-solving, craftsmanship, and design. The joy on people’s faces when presenting them with their completed project is priceless.
Opportunity eventually led me to Los Angeles. I instantly felt at home in LA and Adept Builders & Design was born. I love the cultural diversity and soul of this city. There is always something new to discover and everybody has a unique story to tell.
When I’m not on site or at the office, you can find me spending time with my beautiful wife and daughter, or playing soccer with friends.
I am living my dream and I am thankful that Adept allows me to help my clients build theirs as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
- We have a minimum pricing for each project.
- we would recommend not to contact us for repair type of projects but more to a complete project ( example: we won't do a small deck repair, but would rebuild it .....)
How did you get started in this business?
I actually started as HVAC tech and move up the ladder and turned to be a GC.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with all type of clients when I started and I still do, however, I find myself working in higher end properties in the past year more than I used too.
I work all people from all kind and love to serve my clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Take 2-3 bids and don't believe any low prices until you have 3 quality bids.
ps: google National avarage is not even close to the real pricing in the LA area :-) just a tip😉)
