What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They can either call us with the size of their rugs to get quotes or can simply bring them in. Consultation is always free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're highly educated and hold many different certifications. I am myself a Certified Rug Appraiser, and a Certified Rug Specialist. My son Kash is the only Certified Master Rug Cleaner in the LA County.
