Being honest with my customers I will never make them buy anything that they don't need and I will provide the best service with the upmost respect of having the privilege to enter their home. After having been a member of the local 230 in San Diego I have a great feeling of commitment to my community to my city my state and my country I take what I do seriously and always strive to be better every interaction with my customers helps me to grow personally and professionally. Although I am classified as a pipefitter I have more than 20 years experience in construction and have worked various aspects such as roofing attic insulation marble countertop installation tile installation drywall painting carpentry framing rodent proofing additions and remodels as well as installation of new ADUs
I enjoy it everything about Construction the fact that it involves mental agility and physical prowess I enjoy working with people I meet many great people and I get the privilege of entering their home I take this responsibility seriously and I hope and always strive to leave every place better than it was when I arrived

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to sit down with the customer in the space that needs to be worked on and I make a drawing and take down notes to ensure that I know exactly what the customer wants and that we both have the same vision for the area that is to be worked on
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied with the local 230 plumbers and pipefitters union in San Diego in a 5 year apprenticeship program that required working during the day and studying at night. In addition I also have a BA in liberal studies.

I try to save my customers as much money as possible on materials by using contacts that I made in my time in the industry to find the best deals that I can and even saving material from other jobs and I always tried to be accessible
How did you get started in this business?
My father was a member of the union
What types of customers have you worked with?
One of the great things about this job is all the different people that I get to meet I've got to work with lots of hard-working neighbors respectful people people from other countries and I've been fortunate I have no negative experiences to speak of
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Trust your gut instinct people generally know what's right for them and what's not
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be sure that whoever you talk to gives you justification and can explain in technical knowledge what he or she is doing or is going to do that tells you that they have taken a serious interest in what they do and they have studied it very carefully
