Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coming to the site examine the needs of the client establishing if we can work together or not and we also give a free estimate. If the customer have a budget, we will speak on different prices with them to see which price will fit them best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned when I was in high school languages and physics, but I learned from my own father who himself was a contractor as I was growing up; you can say it was a passion of mine. I have experiences of more than 17 years of doing jobs and I learned more while going to school for the contractor license. I also managed other contractors business and open mine after.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is no standard price we go by. Each job is different in my opinion; one job can be small or big. If people want good quality the price is higher if they don’t want a low quality it a lower price. It really depends on what the customer wants. There are a variety of products, we are basically a one place stop for your construction needs, and we do everything from guiding you, plans, and at the end of the day execute the work.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business when I was young I would go with my father who was a contractor to all his jobs, as I grew up I actually studied computer and management in university, but it was not for. From there I opened a pest control company and a maintenance company, but it wasn’t my passion in the end. After thinking I decided to follow my father foot step and become a general contractor and make people dream house come true, from full house remodeling, or you dream kitchen, and many more. We even do commercial construction as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all kinds of customers. It’s hard to pin point the kind of customers because we did such a big variety of customers; therefore we can't pinpoint.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The Bar Mitzvah of my first born was something that i enjoyed and is very memorable.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Except for looking for a general contractor with license, bonded and insured need to make sure the person knows what he is doing needs to have a lot of experience, honest, reliable. Price is not what you should compare; construction is not like your buying a same car from different dealerships, constructions is about service.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should know what they want approximately. They should know what they want to achieve at the end of the day and the reason why they’re doing it. They should have a budget in mind but should not rely on the budget so much, because lack of knowledge can lead us to make wrong decisions. They should also know construction is not a bad road and can also be sometimes stressful, but in the end it will be worth it. It is really important to know who you are hiring to give the confidence to move forward with the project.
