Starting out working with this pro was good. He was very responsive and kept in contact as my house was being built and with the delays we had to coordinated on timing. He was able to get most of the house done in a few days. But it fell apart from there. There were several areas not finished as he said that they had to order some trim and he would be back in a few days when that trim arrived. It took weeks before they came. He sent someone to do some of the work but again it was not finished. The owner said he would come himself in a few days to finish. Again it took weeks for him to show up. I pointed out that near my stove the floor was scratched similar to if the stove was dragged. He then said he would come back with another one of his guys to fix it in a few days. I reached out he asked for 2 weeks I agreed Its been over a month. Ive reached out and its been radio silence. I am not one who writes negative reviews but this has been frustrating and I am disappointed. Especially since I worked with him and when he asked for me to pay the balance early so he could pay his team I did. I believe Ive been more than patient and flexible.

We love the work of Paul and his crew; they have done an amazing job with the quality, completing the work on time with fair pricing. I would recommend it to anyone looking to do flooring for their house.

Paul was able to walk me through the process of choosing what type of floor would serve me best, how long the process would take, and how best to choose the correct colors based on grain direction, floor size, etc based on my specific interior. He also was able to quickly get a quote to me and work with me for what scope of work would be best for me and my budget.

Paul stops at nothing to ensure that you’re satisfied with your installation. He sends picture updates of the work, does status checks to ensure it’s looking good so far for you, and responds quickly to any of your questions.

He is also connected to other quality service professionals and was able to refer me to other work I needed around my home like painting.

The results speak floor themselves! I love my new carpet free transformed home with squeak free stairs and beautiful 2nd floor!

Overall, I couldn’t be happier. The flooring is beautiful, solid and squeak free. The service was fantastic, the price was affordable, and Paul is excellent to work with. A+ across the board.

Paul and his crew was, by far, the best contractor crew I have ever hired. Every aspect of the job was top notch from estimates, install, and follow-ups. There were no surprise costs and they got the over 2000 sqft job done in a week! Best company I have ever dealt with.
