We are a father and son company. Owner operated. We offer low flat rate pricing and warranty our work. Kyle is an expert in bed bug control with hundreds of jobs done. We treat ants, crickets, spiders, scorpions, bees, earwigs, beetles, bed bugs, rodents, roaches and more. Licensed and insured.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can typically get to your property within 24-48 hours. All you have to do is contact us and set up your appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed through the state of Arizona. We take continuing education hours every year.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our basic service is $60 for one time. No contract, use us at a frequency you like. If you use us monthly it goes down to $40 on your second visit. We also offer flat rates on bed bugs that include a year warranty.
How did you get started in this business?
I (Kyle) was born into it. Though I worked other jobs as an adult, I always knew I wanted to be in the family business. I hope my children follow my path.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have treated residential and commercial customers. Moat of our clients are reaidential homes. We also do a few huge warehouses, some restaurants, group homes and even an animal shelter for dogs. Our products are pet and child friendly.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I enjoy treating the dog rescue. Every time im there they have different dogs. The people are pretty amazing too. In fact the best part of this job is meeting new people.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Experience matters. Find someone with at least 5 years in the business.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What kind of insects or problems are you worried about? How close is the provider to your area? Is there a warranty?
